What a wonderful experience having Maple Tree Services come out and remove some very large, very dead trees. Not only was the quote extremely reasonable but they were very professional and it was really cool to watch the crane work.

Maple Tree Service did an excellent job removing a large Oak tree in our front lawn. They have all the necessary equipment to get the job done. Maple Tree came out and took limbs away from my house, as well as trimming an oak and another tree. They cleaned up all debris plus some that had come from the storm last month. Mr. Felix listened to my needs and I could not be more pleased!!

Had about 11 trees removed and one very big stump. The guys showed up on time, made sure everything was safe. It was even a very cool experience to watch. My street isn’t an easy street esp since I’m the last house on a dead end so with their big trucks its very hard so they are very well trained how to get in and out of small places. I would give 10 stars if I could. They did an incredible job taking down big trees. And they do a great cleanup. I have used them a few times now and wouldn’t think of using any other business. The price for taking down two massive trees, two trees that were leaning over the yard and putting them on a truck making multiple trips to have it wood chipped and the fantastic cleanup was excellent! I had one big tree taken down by another company and that price was over the price this company charged me!!!!!

The service provided was excellent! I had some dead tree branches over my power lines going to my house. Seth contacted National Grid to coordinate shutting off and on the power. It was off for only an hour. The clean-up was quite thorough and the cost was very reasonable. If needed, I would use them again without a second thought.

I interviewed 3 companies. One wouldn’t even take the job and the other was $3000 more. Edison came around for an initial consult and we identified ~36 trees to be removed. I asked for the contract and asked for some modifications to the contract and they happily obliged. I also asked for copies of their insurance coverage and they supplied them. I further questioned the information in the coverage documents and they had their insurance company call me for help clarify any concerns. Excellent customer service.

I expressed concern about the crane and how it would get behind the house through the sloping side yard so Edison came back to my place with his crane operator and they reviewed the site and were confident it would be possible. In the end they didn’t need to go around the house – the giant crane simply reached over the top (colonial with high roof).

The trees were a mix of oak, maple and pine. Many of the pines were 90ft and one was about 2 1/2 ft in diameter – so big tress are not a problem. The 4 man crew turned up as scheduled with a chipper and a 45ton crane. I requested all the hardwood be left as firewood and they stacked the appropriate trees in the side yard. They started at 8 the first day and around 7 the next day. It was as large job and took 2 days. They were very courteous and very safety oriented.

They cleaned up (leaving it cleaner than when they started) and at 7:30 on the third morning the logging truck quickly removed the bigger logs that could not be put through the chipper.

There were a few dents in the lawn where some of the trees were felled but they didn’t tear up any lawn at all. Given the size of the job I was really impressed with the work and the team. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Our back yard gets heaps more sun and our house isn’t threatened by giant pines. Thank you Maple Tree.

This contractor completed a job for us on 6/05 that included cutting a large limb from a tree in the front of the house and some limbs from trees in the rear of the house. Edison did a great job. He removed a dead tree that had fallen on my neighbors fence, and then went ahead and repaired the fence, without my even asking. This is above and beyond what I asked him to do, but was a great relief, because I was worried about the neighbors dog escaping their yard. He also made some recommendations about removing some dead branches from other trees and pruned some trees and shrubs that were scraping against the house. He explained things as he went along, made suggestions, and then completely cleaned up after they were finished. He did all this work for a very reasonable price.

After calling quite a few business to have a tree cut down as I needed it done quickly, this company, which is family own answered my call. After I sent them a few photos as to what to expect Ellis and his crew came out surveyed the situation and as it was a very large tree and had it down within 2 days. We hired Maple Tree to cut down 3 very large trees and prune a few others at one of our apartment buildings in Downtown Worcester. Price was definitely reasonable (I rec d 4 bids – Maple Tree was equal to one other lower bid – and the other two were $1,000 – $2,000 more) – Their lead time was the best (he was able to fit me in within a week of contacting them) and finished the work within a day. Maple Tree is fully insured (The only reason I bring this up is that I didnt see that on their page and it is extremely important to me). Best of all was their customer service – not just to me, my staff, and tenants, yet, also to our neighbors (cutting trees downtown in the tight space we had to work with must’ve been extremely difficult). They spent at least an hour cleaning up after themselves (property looked better afterwards than before they started the job!). I’ve hired tree services throughout New England roughly 8 – 9 times in the past and these guys were by far the best.

I would highly recommend maple tree service , guys showed up on time were very neat and even did some extra trimming for me.
